PERSONAL IMPACT TEST
This Test is in two parts. There are 10 questions in each.
Part One
Think of people who know you well
- a mixture of colleagues, family and people who know you socially. How do
you think the majority of them would agree with these descriptions about you? Try
to avoid the 'Not sure' option if possible. If you want an accurate
report, be frank and honest
- no one else will ever see the results unless you choose to share them.
By the way, your spontaneous
answer is usually the most accurate.
